Until recently i was able to view my aol email on my N95.  I now can't do this and am getting a message that says "Unused - an internal server error has occured.  Contact the network advisor" or something like that.  I am with 02 who tell me it's an AOL problem, and AOL tell me it's an 02 problem.  Can anyone help, please?

 

Also, how can i set my phone up to use wifi?

Samer issues for me but i think i must go to nokia care cuz the v2.0 didn't helped me.

I am unable to check my firmware for update as the latest update programme doesn't work with Windows7. After the "new update" programme downloads it fails to install as it's says it's not compatible with OS. Is there any other way of updating my E71 firmware or have to wait til Nokia developes new software and if so how long will that be?

Can anyone help me. I have a Nokia 5800 that is used for my business. I only operate the business in summer and only need to accept calls for business at this time. I do not want to keep answering the phone out of season time to say I am not available. I have set ALL CALLS to DIVERT but this means that the certain few people that need to get hold of me either have to ring my landline and hope I'm in, or send me a text asking me to ring them. I was wondering if there was a way of only allowing a certain few calls through and to divert all others to voicemail?. Does anyone know if this can be done, or have any other suggestions of what I can do?.

Just upgraded to V30. Whenever I am entering data for search and clicking on Google, my phone hangs. Earlier when I was using version 20, I had no such issues.

Greatly appreciate if someone could advise how to solve the problem - phone doesn't receive the calls from anyone whose number is not in the contacts and there is some strange icon (like blue receiver). Has anybody faced such trouble? How to help this?

Please kindly help me, my E52 doen't receive calls from those whose phone numbers are not in the contacts book. I can't find any function that can change this, if anybody knows who to solve this problem or it;s something wrong with my phone?

I am trying to install a version of Blackberry connect designed for E61/ 62 / 65 / 70 on my E63, but I get an update error.

 

Which version of Blackberry Connect would be compatible with the E63, if at all ? 

The firmware has been updated - I am running 200.21.012
