I have had my E71 for roughly 4 months now and have had no problems with it up until last week. I bought it SIM-free and am using an O2 Pay-As-You-Go SIM card
A few weeks back I had trouble sending a text message, the error read 'Unable to send message: contacts name', Details: 'Text Message: Check Network Services'. I reset the phone and this message dissapeared, sms function was fine but now its come back and Im unable to send or recieve text messages.
I am living in South Korea and bought this phone purely for its quad band ability. As I mentioned there are were no issues up till now. I have reset to factory settings with no improvement.
My second problem is that the camera no longer works. I start up the application which only results in a blank black screen.
Any help would be really appreciated.

When setting up my printer, i fill the options identical to what follows:

 

PRINTER:  SAMSUNG HOME

DRIVER:    GENERAL

BEARER:  LPR <-----------------------------( NOT SURE IF IT IS THE CORRECT OPTION TO SELECT )

 

The following fields appear once LPR is selected:

 

ACCES POINT : HOME

HOST:              WHAT COMES HERE?

USER:              SKY00BER

QUEUE:            WHAT COMES HERE?

ORIENTATION: PORTRAIT

PAPER SIZE: A4

 

 if it helps, my printer is SAMSUNG CLX-3175FW. It is Wifi Enable and is connected to my HOME acces point.

please do correct me if there has to be changes to the BEARER or anything else.

As i read along the forum i can say i am ready to update my N78 to v.30.011 as it shows to be very stable.I bought my phone 1 month ago and it has now v.12.046 installed.My question is this:is it better to wait for the v.30.011 firmware to be availabe via OTA or should i update it via NSU?I know that OTA update will be few megabytes and NSU will be like one hundred and more but anyway which one of them is better in my case since i will "jump" from v.12.046 to v.30.011?

 

P.S.Does anyone knows when v.30.011 is going to be available OTA?

Hi folks. Looks like we are all struggling with the many ways to get are emails sent without having to request them each time. I share the faults/questions that have been raised so far but heres one that would help me. Is there any way to get the phone to reconect to internet autmaticaly rather than keeping on asking for it each time it looses signal from my network as I drive about?

What is going on? I add songs and some don;t appear in the music player under all songs, yet they appear in the file manager and they are not corrupt, They play fine through file manager, they just don't appear in the music player.

2nd problem folks, I have the latest firmware on my N97 now and when i just connected via my USB to the PC, it's not charging the phone while in USB, which it used to do before. Anyone else still experiencing this after updating your firmware?

Hello, I am having the following problem with my Facebook Widget on my N97. The widget is showing as requiring me to log in then when i click on it and put in my details, click enter, i get the following error message: " Script alert: Error occurred, status: undefined."

 

Has anyone seen or had this error before and do you know how to resolve?

Apparently there should be a "File browser/manager" app in the Applications folder, but I don't have that...

 

There's nothing on my phone that will let me browse the memory - i've even tried reformatting the phone but that didn't help.

 

Can the file manager be downloaded from anywhere?

 

I'm using version 11.

I have just installed the new maps after fighting with myself not to for days! 
Right after the install I tried to boot N97 wont boot again..

What is the procedure? I need to reformat it reflash it? throw it in the trash?
