A friend of mine just gave me a headset to replace one of mine that had broken. It's model number is N95, and it's small and black, with only one button. I only provide all this because it seems Nokia doesn't support their own products anymore, and I wasn't able to find this headset on the site anywhere to see if I was doing something wrong. I tried searching for online manuals for it, but since Nokia was brilliant enough to name a headset and a phone the same thing, all I can find are phone manuals.

 

Anyways, I cant get it to partner with my LG VX8300 phone. It tells me to put the bluetooth device into discoverable mode, which as far as I know just involves turning it on. I don't have the manual, so I have no idea if there's anything special I need to do with the heaset to get it to connect with my phone.Any help here would be really appreciated.

Hi, i updated the firmware of a n5610 and the problem is that the spanish laguage is not aviable any more!!!

Any sugestion?, firmware downgrade¿ wait until another version is realised?¿

have any idea how to enlarge size of digits on N85 screen in standby and screensaving modes?

hI guys, Have a nitemare with the software updater, for my 5310/music express. Basically, I have the PC suite andthen when I click on the update software part, it initializes, then a small window appears (I have VISTA) with "Nokia Secure Layer host process has stopped working". Then atfer a while I get another window come up with "critical software components are missing". I have tried 3 times now to dowload the update software again as it offers a repair to the existing one and it says repaired successfully, Then, when I try to re-open software updater, exactly the same happens. I have now spent over 4 hours on this - I even uninstalled the software updater and PC suite and tried re-installing both separately.Again , same message comes up. My laptop is 1 year old, I have downloaded other things with no fuss ever beofre yet this is driving me mad ! Any tips pls??? Thanks and regs from London.

I bought the N73 in thailand from a Nokia shops which works fine with any network in Thailand.

Now i am in Australia with my (DTAC) Thai simcard, and the phone isnt able to connect to any network.

Although it does show it, and when i click it, it says " No Access".

 

Then i tried it with the Australia simcard, it still doesnt work.

 

What is the problem, what should i do?

Can anyone help me with this one please?

Hi all.
Got a problem thats really bugging me. My N78 seems to have lost the ability to play sounds.
I still have the key sounds coming through the top right speaker but when i go to music player or profile personalisation, i get nothing.

The phone will still play music through FM transmitter. Bluetooth connection to my stereo and through wired and bluetooth headphones but nothing from the phones actual speakers.

The phone hasnt been tampered, dropped or water damaged in any way. They have just simply stopped working.
I've tried a software update and still hasnt cured it.
And i'm thinkin surely the spekers cannot just fail as i've only had it since November 2008 but i've now had my upgrade from Vodafone so they wont entertain it.


Can anyone help ?

I cannot believe Nokia have put 200 to 240hrs standby time on the specifications!! what a great example of getting a number then times it by Ten!! Seriously I cannot get more than a day out of this phone!! If I don't put it on charge each night it is flat by the morning and I am definitely not a heavy user!! 2 or 3 calls a day (I have a different phone for work calls) About 5 photos a day and a few txt's and that's it!! I make sure everything is off Bluetooth etc. But still no difference!!              Thanx Matt

the firmware of my fone now is V10. i cant update the firmware.. Neither thro FOTA nor thro the NSU. plz help me out!!!
