E50 Firmware 06.41.3.0 Bluetooth Issues

Following an upgrade to the new firmware, everytime I'm in the car with the phone connected to a THB Bury Bluetooth car kit and a message arrives either SMS or email the phone mutes the radio then reboots!!!!
It never did this on the previous firmware.
Any help appreciated.
